what to know before your 1st class

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class. We will greet you at the door, give you a quick studio tour, and set you up on your bike. This step is critical to your success.  Wear attire that is comfortable for working out, and athletic shoes.  If you have cycle shoes, they will clip into our bikes, so bring them!  You may want a water bottle. Leave the rest up to us. Get ready to earn your shower!
