Reach NEW HEIGHTS

Indoor cycling offers benefits for your BODY, but also for your MIND and your SOUL. We work on cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, and speed. We do that by increasing the resistance on the bike, making it harder to pedal, and by pedaling FASTER. Our black-lit room sets the cool vibe, the instructors host the party, the BANGERS…well, they BANG!, and all the people surrounding you amp the energy UP! Please join us - a community that sweats, smiles, and supports each other through every “spin”.

We offer four class formats throughout each week.  Try them all and decide which best suits your unique YOU!

Our CLASSES

BOLT

BOLT is our drill-based, performance-driven class. Light weights may be added for Upper Body Strength work. We are going to tell you what we are going to do and why.  Then we are going to do it, together.  You can expect. You can expect speed, strength, and power intervals intermixed with endurance efforts.

What’s your Cycle Alter Ego?
Best for: Warrior, Bad Ass, Rebel, Toughie, Outdoor Rider, Cycle-path. This class is non-stop, high-energy, and challenging but accessible to all fitness levels.

ASCEND

ASCEND is our Rhythm + intervals class. We let the music be our guide, while we will intermingle intervals, endurance, choreography, and upper body work. We engage the mind, body, and spirit with an extra dose of Mindful Motivation. Harness the true power of moving in synch with others reach new heights! 

What’s your Cycle Alter Ego?
Best for: Warrior, Dancer, Zen Master, Music Lover. This class is not easier. It’s just different, with more of a focus on motivation and music. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

PEAK

PEAK is our beat-based, chore-heavy, cardio dance sweat- fest!  We put Agility, Balance, and Endurance to the test, but you won’t notice that. You will be having too much FUN! This class incorporates advanced upper body movement that is not ideal for a new rider.  We recommend 2-3 classes before attempting Peak. 

What’s your Cycle Alter Ego?
Best for: Dancers, Party People, Music Lovers, and Endurance Junkies. Best for experienced riders.

POWER HOUR

POWER HOUR is our combo class that offers cardiovascular training, strength training, and stretching. We start with 30 minutes on the bike. Then, we get off the bike and challenge our strength with bands, gliders, and light dumbbells. Next, we hit the mat for some core work and a stretch. BYO mat.

What’s your Cycle Alter Ego?
Best for: Multitasker, Efficiency Master, Baddie, Yogi. We will offer modifications and advanced moves to ensure this class is accessible to all fitness levels.
